By booking a babywearing dance class with Mama Grooves, you agree to the following:

Bookings & Payment
All classes must be booked in advance. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please give at least 24 hours’ notice before the class start time to receive a refund or transfer. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Health & Safety
You are responsible for your own and your child’s wellbeing during the class. Please ensure you feel physically able to participate and inform us of any injuries, health conditions, or concerns.

Babywearing Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your baby is worn safely and securely throughout the session. If you are unsure, please ask for guidance.

Photography & Filming
Photos and videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. These will only be used where consent has been given. Please be mindful of others if taking your own photos or videos and avoid capturing other participants without their permission.

Use of Content
All class content, including choreography, music choices, and teaching materials, is the intellectual property of Mama Grooves. This content is for personal use only and must not be copied, recorded for distribution, shared, or used to run other classes without permission.

Changes to Classes
We may occasionally need to make changes to class times, locations, or instructors. If a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund or alternative session.
